"As a out-of-state property owner, it's sometimes challenging to find quality service from so far away. I originally called a different plumbing service (A*e Plumbing) but they failed to show up on their scheduled appointment date. We're not talking they were late - they just never showed up and never returned my call! I called Guaranteed Plumbing and their plumber came out ON TIME and fixed the plumbing problem (low water pressure). They also were very professional and called me to let me know the status/results of their visit. As for rates - they're very comparable to other companies and were within the estimate. I'd highly recommend Guaranteed Plumbing over any other company in Raleigh."

"We are new to the Triangle and are living in a house for the first time with a well. For the last few days, we've started having our water pressure drop and eventually go out entirely during showers. I was on the fence about whether to call a plumber or a well service. A search on Google got me to a list of well service companies, and Guaranteed Plumbing came up with this list of good references. I was impressed with their informative website too. So I decided to give them a try. I called them around noon and explained the problem. I was given a reasonable price for the service call, and told I'd be informed of any other fees before work was done. They managed to get here the same day, and called before they came to let me know they were coming. The plumber that came spent some time under the house checking out the pressure tank and eventually went to the well. Our well is actually buried inside a huge bush, so that was a chore. He found a leak in a fitting and stopped to let me know what the cost would be to replace the fitting, and that it might not correct the problem, but needed to be done. Upon replacing the fitting, the pressure still wasn't recovering as it should. His thought at that point was that I probably had a bad well pump which was caused by it running all the time due to the leak. Made sense. While he was doing some further investigation to determine a cost to replace the pump, he discovered that a wire inside the junction box had broken and was not making good contact all the time. It was very wet in there from the leak too. This was causing the pump to run at 120V instead of 240V, resulting in it running slowly and not being able to get the pressure up to the level needed to keep the pressure tank full. He then rewired what was in the box and did his best to make it waterproof to avoid future problems. Upon this repair, the pressure came back up and we were done for well under $200. A new pump would have been over $1500. A dishonest plumber could have easily overlooked the wiring problem and told me my pump was bad. This work was going on buried under a big bush so I couldn't really see what was going on. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Guaranteed Plumbing! Thanks guys."

"As a out-of-state property owner, it's sometimes challenging to find quality service from so far away. I originally called a different plumbing service (A*e Plumbing) but they failed to show up on their scheduled appointment date. We're not talking they were late - they just never showed up and never returned my call! "We are new to the Triangle and are living in a house for the first time with a well. For the last few days, we've started having our water pressure drop and eventually go out entirely during showers. I was on the fence about whether to call a plumber or a well service. A search on Google got me to a list of well service companies, and Guaranteed Plumbing came up with this list of good references. I was impressed with their informative website too. So I decided to give them a try. I called them around noon and explained the problem. I was given a reasonable price for the service call, and told I'd be informed of any other fees before work was done. They managed to get here the same day, and called before they came to let me know they were coming. The plumber that came spent some time under the house checking out the pressure tank and eventually went to the well. Our well is actually buried inside a huge bush, so that was a chore. He found a leak in a fitting and stopped to let me know what the cost would be to replace the fitting, and that it might not correct the problem, but needed to be done. Upon replacing the fitting, the pressure still wasn't recovering as it should. His thought at that point was that I probably had a bad well pump which was caused by it running all the time due to the leak. Made sense. While he was doing some further investigation to determine a cost to replace the pump, he discovered that a wire inside the junction box had broken and was not making good contact all the time. It was very wet in there from the leak too. This was causing the pump to run at 120V instead of 240V, resulting in it running slowly and not being able to get the pressure up to the level needed to keep the pressure tank full. He then rewired what was in the box and did his best to make it waterproof to avoid future problems. Upon this repair, the pressure came back up and we were done for well under $200. A new pump would have been over $1500. A dishonest plumber could have easily overlooked the wiring problem and told me my pump was bad. This work was going on buried under a big bush so I couldn't really see what was going on. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Guaranteed Plumbing! Thanks guys."
